Starting this year, the AAF will be celebrating the success of diversity and inclusion efforts in advertising at ADMERICA!, AAF’s national conference. This year’s events will be held at the Boca Raton Resort & Club where there will be a keynote panel called “Multiculturalism & Creativity”, followed by a dinner recognizing this year’s award recipients. The next day will be the Mosaic Workshop, “Relationships With People Not Like You” which will focus on developing diverse relationships in the workplace.
