Our Clubs

Say hello to the clubs of District Two.

AAF District 2 represents ad clubs in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Our mission is to help foster, mentor, and support professional development, recognition and opportunities for communities of professionals and students in advertising, marketing, and design. Our member ad clubs range in size from 30 to over 3,000 members employed in all aspects and disciplines of the advertising, marketing, and design industries. They represent agencies, corporate marketing departments, broadcast and print media companies, and industry suppliers.

Local ad clubs sponsor a variety of programs, including meetings featuring industry-related speakers, professional development workshops, educational seminars, scholorships, public service initiatives, social events and local award competitions recognizing excellence in advertising.

Through their affiliation with the American Advertising Federation (AAF) – www.aaf.org, local ad clubs have an even more powerful voice and influence in their local business communities. Each of the local ad clubs is part of AAF’s network comprising 50,000 professionals in all corners of the United States.

The American Advertising Federation, DC (AAF DC) chapter is the voice of DC’s advertising and communications professionals. We bring together and empower a diverse community of communications experts, trailblazers and behind-the-sceners, helping to them to grow professionally and improve their company and clients. We support our members and the community at large by offering relevant and regular educational programming, facilitating networking and social events, and championing the professionals who are elevating the communications field in our area. The American Advertising Federation of Baltimore

The American Advertising Federation of Baltimore (AAFB) traces its roots back to 1918, originally established as the women’s auxiliary to the men’s Advertising Club. In 1920, the women formed their own organization, naming it the Women’s Advertising Club of Baltimore. It was affiliated with the Associated Advertising Clubs of the World, the predecessor to the modern-day American Advertising Federation.
